SHASOURIT SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another notification containing tracking information when your order ships.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

ShaSourit currently ships only within the United States.

SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping when the code SHIPFREE is entered at checkout. The order subtotal must exceed $50 before taxes and shipping charges. Unless otherwise stated, this promotion cannot be combined with another discount.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times shown during checkout begin after the order has been processed. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed after the order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at shasourit02@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed or shipped.

Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee before being sent again.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members and neighbors and contact the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, email us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
